  •  Recruitment or solicitation of students (oral or written) is strictly


  • prohibited.


  • All American reserves the right to discontinue instruction or terminate


  • an enrollment in the event of noncompliance or unacceptable


  • behavior.


  • Liability & Emergency Policies:


  • I agree to hold All American Real Estate School harmless from any


  • liability arising from my failure to complete the course.


  •  All American Real Estate School reserves the right to reschedule

  • classes in the event of an emergency.
